Sepi Kashanian is the executive chef and founder of MotherOrganica.
Upon graduating from Paul Bocuse Culinary Institute in Lyon, France, in 2005, Sepi undertook an instrumental apprenticeship with Chef Nadia Santini at the the Three-Star Michelin-rated restaurant, Dal Pescatore in Italy. It was through the incredible genius of this woman, and her authentic agrarian spirit that she discovered the core to good living and healthy diet; respect for nature, love of food, and dedication to true nourishment.
Since, she has been an advocate for a hyper-local sense of living and eating, that would become the foundation for MotherOrganica. She sustains an unwavering focus and passion for healthy and sustainable lifestyle and diet through her presence in the kitchen, and willingness to walk clients into new territory personally.
