Tuno-o Salad

Directions:

 

Cook chicken strips in sesame oil over med/low heat so cook/heat through.  Once cooled, pulse in food processor 3-4 times.  Combine all ingredients.  Adjust seasoning, smokiness (liquid smoke), and spicyness (sriracha)

Ingredients:

3 cups  Gardein Chick’n Strips

2 tbs  Sesame Oil

½ cup  Red Onion finely chopped

1 cup  Celery finely chopped (small brunoise)

¾ cup  Red Pepper finely chopped (small brunoise)

¼ cup  Scallions sliced

1 cup  Mayo/Veganaise

2 tsp Liquid Smoke

2 tsp  Sriracha

2 tsp  Dijon Mustard

1  Lemon juiced

1 tsp  Salt

1 tsp  Pepper
